Legal Notice - Terms and conditions for Responding Companies

Please read the following terms and conditions before creating a user on HackerStop.dk and using the HackerStop Platform. 

Any use of the platform and the platform's content is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your and/or your organisation's use of the Platform is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you may not use the platform and its content. 

Acceptance of terms 

The HackerStop Platform is developed and owned by Dansk IT, hereafter called the Owners. The Owners may choose to change the terms, conditions, and operation of the platform at any time, without prior notice. By using this service, the user waives all possibilities to raise objections against the Owners. Consequently, the user gives his acceptance of the terms and conditions when the user accesses, visits and/or uses the platform. By using the platform, the user has accepted the terms and conditions. 

Use of the Platform 

The user may not change, modify, or adapt the platform in any way. 

HackerStop may be used by the HackerStop user and the organisation for internal employee measurements. 

The free of charge version of HackerStop can be used by small and medium-sized organisations with up to 250 employees. 

Organisations with more than 250 employees must purchase a HackerStop License. See the prices here: https://hackerstop.dk/Priser. 

Commercial use of HackerStop is solely permitted for certified partners or after prior written agreement with Dansk IT. 

Misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of access to the HackerStop platform. 

Among other things, misuse of the platform is: 

  • Invoicing and advising other organisations (other than where you are employed) on the basis of HackerStop measurements, unless an agreement has been concluded with Dansk IT about this. 
  • Use for the purpose of obtaining the personal information of others. 
  • Attempts to access people's (including employees') individual answers, scores or comments. Any attempt to break the confidentiality of the HackerStop platform (anonymity of users). 
  • Any modification or attempt to modify the source code. 
  • To create profiles or companies on behalf of others, without their consent.
  • To sell access to HackerStop without prior written agreement with Dansk IT. 

 

Trademark and IP rights 


The names of products, companies and organisations mentioned on the platform may be trademarks or protected trademarks of their respective owners. 

Users and organisations may not use the following trademarks, terms and titles without prior agreement with Dansk IT 

  • HackerStop Partner 
  • Certified HackerStop Advisor 
  • Certified HackerStop Advisor 
  • HackerStop Advisor Certificate
  • HackerStop Advisor
  • HackerStop Ambassador 


Nor may users and organisations give a third party the impression of being a Certified HackerStop Advisor or HackerStop Partner unless the certification has been achieved and a written agreement regarding this has been concluded with Dansk IT. 

Limitations of liability 

Neither Dansk IT nor its management, employees or other representatives can be held responsible for damages or losses arising in connection with the use of the platform, the website or hyperlinked websites, even if Dansk IT has been explicitly made aware of the risk of such damages. The limitation of liability includes all damages of any kind, for example, but not limited to, direct or indirect financial loss, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputation. 
Information on this platform may contain inaccuracies or grammatical errors for which Dansk IT takes no responsibility. Dansk IT is not responsible for other websites that you can access through the platform. As Dansk IT has no control over third-party websites and their content, Dansk IT disclaims any responsibility for the availability, content and use of products, services, etc. which is made available through such third party websites. 

Information on the website is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either explicit or implicit. 

Data processing 

In our Personal data protection policy (danish only), you can at any time read how we process personal data and your rights.

If you use HackerStop on behalf of an organisation, for which you gather personal data, you will be the Data Controller for such data. HackerStop will then be your Data Processor according to the Data Processing Agreement enclosed below, which you, by using the platform and accepting the terms, will conclude with HackerStop.

Every year, Dansk IT also has an inspection report prepared, see link below.
